It seriously could not have been more fitting to my mood if it tried.
Hospital wasn't easy for me, there was the no breastfeeding thing which sucked (har har), but also just being away from Simon and Zander and feeling lonely was starting to get to me.
Luckily the same day mum and Jody took ZJ with them and Simon was able to come out and spend most of the day with Evie and I in hospital. It was really lovely. A nurse put a 'shh mum and baby are resting' sign on the door so no visitors or doctors came in and we were all just able to relax.
I really truly needed it. It recharged me.
